Job Title: Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician

Sanderling Renal Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our dialysis team in Ramona, CA.

Job Summary:

As a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing hemodialysis
  • Conduct dialysis treatments and monitor patient responses
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician
  • Dialysis certification in current standing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of 18 months ESRD experience
  • Strong computer literacy and EMR experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Respect for patients and team members, with a focus on compassion and empathy
