Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care in all aspects of reproductive medicine and surgery.
• Demonstrate leadership and provide guidance to the clinical team.
• Educate staff, community, and patients about best practices in reproductive medicine.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and services.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurately document clinical information in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Board certified or eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
• Experienced in using electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and sonographic report presentation.
• Passionate about innovation and thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated interest in performance improvement and delivering exceptional care.
• A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and explaining procedures and processes.
