HYBRID – For those residing within a specified distance from our offices, this position requires a presence in the office three days a week, with the remainder of the week being remote.

Position Overview
The Senior Licensing & Accreditation Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that all educational institutions and business units adhere to state, federal, and accreditor regulations by securing and maintaining the necessary approvals to operate, confer degrees, and recruit in all relevant jurisdictions. This position also provides guidance to each Adtalem institution regarding regulatory policies, standards, processes, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all analyst functions as required.
- Collaborate with relevant business stakeholders to collect necessary data and materials for application and reporting purposes.
- Guarantee the compliant and timely submission of all pertinent application documents.
- Maintain essential databases and resource materials necessary for task execution.
- Evaluate and analyze the institutional implications of current and proposed regulations, presenting findings to leadership and suggesting viable solutions.
- Engage in special projects as needed and perform related tasks as assigned.
- May mentor new colleagues based on experience.
- Oversee the maintenance of relevant regulatory heat maps.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the assessment of new institutional initiatives requiring regulatory approvals and prioritize the workflow to secure those approvals.
- Assist management in evaluating the institutional implications of current, proposed, or new regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a regulated environment is required.
- Experience in higher education licensing or accreditation is preferred.
- Proficient in gathering and analyzing various data types and communicating findings in multiple formats.
- A motivated self-starter capable of completing projects and tasks independently and on schedule.
- General computing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software are required.
- Exceptional organizational, oral and written communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and excellent proofreading abilities.
- Ability to engage with senior leadership and external agencies professionally.
- Writing samples may be requested.
Additional Information
In alignment with pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199 and $86,253. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on various job-related factors permitted by law, including experience, training, geographic location, and departmental budgets.
