KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Combine and measure ingredients to produce dough or batter
  • Prepare fruits for fillings and toppings
  • Supervise and train bakery assistants
  • Handle customer orders and ensure exceptional service
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization within the bakery

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fundamental kitchen skills for bakery tasks
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Frequent walking and standing
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
