At BlueSky Innovations, we're seeking a skilled Paper Technologist to join our team. As a Paper Technologist, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality paper, cardboard, and paperboard in our state-of-the-art production facilities. Your tasks will include setting up and maintaining production lines, controlling and monitoring equipment, and ensuring efficient production processes.

During your three-year training period, you'll attend block lessons at the Paper Center in Gernsbach, where you'll gain hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge. You'll also have the opportunity to obtain a technical college entrance qualification and pursue further education in paper technology.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong interest in working with complex technical systems, excellent teamwork skills, and a good completion of basic vocational education.
