We are currently in search of a dedicated CNA Transport Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This unique role combines your passion for caregiving with the opportunity to drive, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver exceptional personal care to residents.
  • Safely transport residents to appointments and activities.
  • Assist residents in entering and exiting the vehicle with care.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle's interior and exterior.
  • Engage with residents, families, and community members in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, and feeding, as well as basic treatments as directed by nursing staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid, unencumbered state-issued Driver's License.
  • Hold current CNA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, or have the ability to obtain state-specific certification.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
