Key Responsibilities
Certified Professional Collector (CPC)
- Conduct comprehensive Drug and Alcohol testing as well as Physical examinations.
- Be available for after-hours calls and on-site duties.
- Execute DNA collection procedures.
- Carry out observed collection processes.
- Provide clear explanations of the testing protocols, particularly 49CFR40.
- Appear in court when necessary.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Facilitate drug testing at alternative collection locations.
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage documentation as required.
- Prepare specimens for shipment.
- Assist clients in preparing for Physical examinations.
- Ensure cleanliness of testing areas and restrooms.
- Keep inventory stocked with necessary kits.
- Notify the Department Manager regarding supply orders.
- Maintain a detailed log for each client.
- Measure vitals and perform Patient Care Technician (PCT) tasks.
Customer Service Duties
- Handle all incoming client calls and maintain a log of communications.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $14.50/hour, commensurate with experience.
