We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Radiation Oncology team at Wellstar Medical Group in Marietta, GA.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient histories, physical examinations, and record data in patient medical records in an ambulatory practice setting.
- Evaluate and treat patients to achieve optimal patient care, with a focus on thorough attention to detail.
- Write progress notes, prepare patient work-ups, and summaries noting pertinent positive and negative findings.
- Develop plans of care that minimize complications and successfully troubleshoot problems when they arise, applying preventative and alternative treatment strategies for possible procedural complications.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians to ensure all patients receive well-coordinated care.
- Georgia licensed APP (ACNP or PA).
- Experience in oncology/radiation oncology care is preferred.
