Job Opportunity for Experienced Technicians

We are seeking skilled and motivated technicians to join our team at Boyd Automotive of Oxford. As a Chevrolet (General Motors) certified technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and enjoy a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Chevrolet and General Motors vehicles
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer satisfaction goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives
  • Continuously develop and improve technical skills through training and education

Requirements:

  • At least one year of continuous experience at a General Motors dealership
  • GM Center of Learning training in the area that you are applying for
  • A proven track record of your capabilities (references, current pay stubs, etc.)
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass a pre-employment drug and background screening

Benefits:

  • Hourly compensation (NOT FLAT RATE unless you choose Flat Rate Pay Option)
  • Hourly pay rate scale that is assigned according to your training and proficiency
  • 40 hour work weeks containing 4 days on, 4 days off - NO SATURDAY or Sundays
  • Bonus opportunities based on training and proficiency. Up to 10% of your hourly rate

Compensation:

  • A - pay scale technicians earn up to $102960 annually ($40-$45 per clock hour plus bonus opportunities)
  • B - pay scale technicians earn up to $89232 annually ($30-$39 per clock hour plus bonus opportunities)
  • C - pay scale technicians earn up to $66352 annually ($20-$29 per clock hour plus bonus opportunities)
  • Lube Techs earn up to $38896 working Monday through Friday ($15-$17 per hour plus bonus opportunities)
