18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience required; Trauma 1 experience in a children's hospital in the last year required

License:
Indiana State License or compact license (timelines apply)

Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP (required for those placed in L&D), PALS preferred

Must-Have:
18 months minimum experience required, Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5 skills required

Job Description:

  • Work in NICU, PICU, and potentially Pediatrics; home unit assigned upon arrival but may change based on facility needs
  • Floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals is required
  • Required to work every other weekend
  • Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays that fall within the contract
  • Orientation provided at 12 hours
  • Travelers' university must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation
  • Travelers must submit two supervisor references
  • Flu Vaccine required; exemptions allowed for medical/religious reasons
  • Effective date restrictions apply to Indiana RNs but exemptions exist for specific specialties
  • First-time travelers accepted
