**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash and recyclables, and restocking supplies.
- Assist with laundry and linen services, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of storage areas and supply closets.
- Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
