ROLE:

Lynden Door Trucking, LLC is a growing, family-owned transportation and logistics company, seeking full-time, Regional and OTR drivers based out of a major transportation hub.

We specialize in hauling doors and other freight from the Pacific Northwest to the Midwest, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, and beyond, and bringing all types of cargo back to the Northwest in 53ft dry vans.

Our OTR loads are mostly no-touch, allowing drivers to focus on the road. Our fleet consists of newer Peterbilt and Volvo tractors, ensuring a safe and efficient transportation experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive a Class A tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently
  • Transport doors and other freight from the Pacific Northwest to the Midwest and beyond
  • Unload and deliver cargo at designated locations
  • Meet or exceed customer service expectations

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

We offer competitive hourly wages, based on driving experience and years worked in the industry. Our Regional drivers typically make a starting wage of $74k/annually, while our OTR drivers typically make a starting wage of $81k/annually.

We provide steady work throughout the year, with opportunities for overtime. Our drivers are paid while loading and unloading, and we offer a safety bonus, efficiency bonus, and customer service bonus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Class A CDL with a clean driving record
  • Physically fit enough to chain up, tailgate, and assist in sorting cargo
  • OTR and mountain driving experience a plus
  • Understanding of all DOT driving laws and regulations
  • Pass a DOT drug and alcohol test
