The Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic sales initiatives across the Life Sciences industry. As a Sales Director, you will be expected to:

  • Lead innovative outcomes in the sales and proposal process
  • Partner closely with market leadership to develop, manage, and forecast account work
  • Acquire and nurture executive relationships to drive business growth
  • Originate, lead, and negotiate strategic opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Develop expertise of our solutions to introduce and create top-of-the-funnel opportunities and support maturation of deals
  • Create customer segmentation lists, strategize, and execute plans to grow and expand network

We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional with a proven track record of generating $8+ million in sales, shaping and selling solutions operating as a player/coach, and deep experience working with clients in the Life Sciences industry.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of previous experience in sales and technology, with a strong understanding of the Life Sciences industry
  • Deep knowledge of the industry and its dynamics, including relevant industry knowledge
  • Passion for sales and technology, with prior exposure to creating alliance partnerships
  • Demonstrated passion and experience for establishing a culture of learning and teaming

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $159,000 to $250,000, and eligibility for variable pay through a sales compensation plan. We also provide a range of benefits, including meaningful time off and paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with a match, and more.
