Job Description

Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Symphony Medical in Westchester County, NY.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to work in a community setting, servicing 3,500 admissions per year at two sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital medicine and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York
  • Experience in hospital medicine, preferably in a community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
