Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at UCHealth. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide top-notch patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to prioritize wellness and patient safety
  • Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a positive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based care models
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
  • PALS certification within 6 months of hire
  • TNCC or ATCN certification within 6 months of hire
  • NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
