About the Role:

Aldinger Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Utah Scale Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial part in managing the day-to-day activities of our field repair technicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the workflow and scheduling of all calibrations and repair work.
  • Communicate with customers to schedule all service and calibration work.
  • Partner with the Service Manager to schedule and dispatch field technicians.
  • Inspect, receive, and create work orders for customer items needing calibration.
  • Create quotes and estimates for calibration jobs and services.
  • Organize purchase orders or secure payments for services rendered.
  • Communicate with customers by providing status for orders.
  • Communicate with customers by making corrections or amendments to certificates.
  • Reviews and approves IndySoft electronic copies of all service work and calibration certificates before sending receipts to customers.
  • Follow up with customers who have items that are due for upcoming calibrations.
  • Review all incoming freight for accuracy (compare entries to ensure it matches the PO that it was ordered from).

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Scheduling and Logistics Experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent presentation, written and personal communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task, problem-solve and manage projects under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Coordinator or Scheduler.
  • Experience as an Assistant Service Manager.
  • Experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant.
