Clinical Autism Specialist

Kona Medical Consulting is a leading provider of autism services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Clinical Autism Specialist to join our team in Avenel, New Jersey.

**Job Overview:**
This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional to provide best-in-class care and exceptional patient outcomes. As a Clinical Autism Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining an ABA caseload with supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Completing behavioral assessments using specific assessment tools
* Creating individualized, research-based client programs
* Analyzing client progress and updating programs as needed
* Overseeing the implementation of behavioral programs and supervising ABA Therapists
* Training and consulting with caregivers and other professionals

**Qualifications and Skills:**
* Competence in supervising and developing ABA treatment programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
* Knowledge of BACB standards for supervision and ethical service delivery
* Ability to work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech Therapists (STs) to provide client-centered care

**Compensation:**
The salary range for this position starts at $60 per hour, with options for part-time or per diem work up to 20 hours per week. This is a clinic-only position, with no travel to homes necessary and some opportunities for telehealth.
