Salary

$40,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. You will also establish client relationships, follow up with clients as needed, and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Support and Communication: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of sales success in a client-facing role, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, manage conflict, and negotiate effectively.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses to operate in this role.
