Job Overview

Graczyk Lawn & Landscape, a leading provider of lawn care services, is seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a full-time lawn mowing specialist. We are looking for a career-minded individual who is passionate about the green industry and has a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform lawn mowing and string trimming services for commercial and residential properties
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-production environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 80 pounds in a safe manner
  • Valid, current driver's license and driving record acceptable to our insurance provider
  • Past experience in lawn mowing or trimming is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
