Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at The Blake at Township. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders within the scope of your applicable board and state regulations for assisted living. You will also provide world-class care and service to our residents while remaining flexible and adaptable to change.
Responsibilities- Provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders within the scope of your applicable board and state regulations for assisted living.
- Provide world-class care and service to our residents while remaining flexible and adaptable to change.
- Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
- Work independently and with a team to make decisions, organize and prioritize tasks effectively, document clearly, and follow through on assignments.
- Serve as charge nurse on shift for the personal assistants under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team.
- A caring heart and a willingness to serve others.
- A current license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) issued by the state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Assisted living or long-term care experience preferred.
- Current First Aid certification preferred.
- Flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
