Vohra Physicians is seeking a part-time Infectious Disease Physician to join our team in Ohio. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings, including skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, documenting patient information in real-time using our proprietary wound-specific EMR
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive wound management and education to patients and staff
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest wound care modalities and technologies
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of Ohio
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
