Overview of Responsibilities

Upon entering the store, customers will experience a well-organized environment where efficiency is prioritized in tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a dust-free atmosphere. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers and assist in replenishing shelves and product displays.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is clean and prepared for daily operations.
  • Provide assistance to customers experiencing issues at the fuel pumps and coordinate with service technicians when necessary.
  • Process transactions for fuel and other merchandise efficiently.
  • Manage cash flow diligently and maintain accountability for company resources.
  • Exhibit punctuality in both attendance and financial transactions.
  • Engage in suggestive selling techniques and conduct ID verification for age-restricted products.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy in accordance with company policies.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift (with rare instances of working two shifts).
  • Capability to work in various temperatures, including cooler environments and outdoor conditions.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds using proper techniques.
