Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Stylist/Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving revenue growth through sales and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service by anticipating and exceeding customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized styling
  • Drive revenue growth through sales and visual merchandising
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Meet or exceed sales and financial goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
