Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- 1+ year of experience in a critical care setting.
