"Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and lead training sessions for teachers and other school staff
* Work closely with our research team to develop and implement professional development programs
* Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation
* Maintain accurate records of activities and write periodic reports on progress

"Requirements:

* Master's degree in a relevant field
* At least 7 years of experience in education
* Strong background in professional development and teacher support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

"Preferred Qualifications:

* 5+ years of teaching experience
* 3+ years of experience with mindfulness practices
* 3+ years of delivering professional development programming for educators
* Familiarity with the CARE professional development program
