We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team at JRG Partners in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pleadings and discovery for trial, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate the production of third-party records and prepare subpoenas.
  • Analyze, review, and organize privileged documents/data for document production and discovery responses.
  • Manage trial exhibits, docket deadlines, and prepare wage and hour reports using Excel.
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw, BNA, and other research tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate with at least three to five years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of e-discovery issues and familiarity with state court/agency regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and experience with iManage/FileSite and Aderant.
