Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospice Care Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for promoting our hospice services to the local healthcare community, developing relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding access to eligible patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory growth goals
- Collaborate with clinical and operational team members to ensure access to high-quality and customer-focused hospice services
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nursing centers, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and hospitals
- Provide education and support to healthcare professionals and patients on our hospice services and benefits
- 2+ years of successful sales or business development experience in the healthcare industry
- Passion for hospice services and commitment to delivering exceptional care and compassion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
