Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at Acacia Springs. As a Server/Prep, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents.

Estimated Salary: $14.00 per hour

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving meals, performing related tasks, and ensuring that our dining operation is pleasant and efficient. You will work collaboratively with our culinary team to prepare and serve high-quality meals that meet the dietary standards of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve meals and perform related tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in set-ups and dining room service.
  • Take orders and serve food in an appropriate fashion.
  • Bus tables and trays in the dining room and other areas as necessary.
  • Pour and cover beverages, assist in preparing, and covering food.
  • Work cooperatively with other dining room associates to produce a pleasant and efficient dining room operation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
  • Ability to communicate by speaking, seeing, and hearing sufficient to serve the residents.
  • Professional and neat appearance and presentation, adherence to the dress code, and good personal hygiene are expected.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work with various levels of people, associates, and residents.
