About the Role

The Progressive Care Registered Nurse position at Mercy Health is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled and compassionate nurse to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient status and prioritize care needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyze data, and evaluate treatment effectiveness
  • Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Administer medications safely and consistently with organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
  • 1 year of RN experience (required)
  • 6 months of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
