- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification in Pennsylvania or willingness to obtain.
- Membership in the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW) preferred.
