About the Job:
\This is a part-time position available on both full-time and part-time schedules. As a Residential Counselor, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to our clients, including but not limited to assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
\You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe living environment, facilitating recreational activities, and providing emotional support to our clients.
\Additionally, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered care plans, which promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or completion of a nursing program\
- Experience working with individuals with unique needs\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
- Physical ability to perform tasks related to direct care\
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR\
- Ability to pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings\
