About the Job:

\

This is a part-time position available on both full-time and part-time schedules. As a Residential Counselor, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to our clients, including but not limited to assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.

\

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe living environment, facilitating recreational activities, and providing emotional support to our clients.

\

Additionally, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered care plans, which promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or completion of a nursing program\
  • Experience working with individuals with unique needs\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Physical ability to perform tasks related to direct care\
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR\
  • Ability to pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings\
