Community Association Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Community Association Manager to join our team at RealManage. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Events and Activities production, including budgeting, coordination, and execution
- Developing a volunteer base to support events and activities
- Composing electronic newsletters, website postings, flyers, email blasts, and homeowner correspondence
- Facility oversight for onsite community clubhouse, including safety inspections, work order management, and vendor oversight
- General clubhouse and pool facilities administration, including resident ID cards, pool access fobs, pavilion facility reservation management, and resident inquiries
- Interaction with vendors who provide services for events and for the community
- Other daily duties as assigned, including answering phone calls, assisting resident walk-ups at the on-site office, generating letters, vendor work orders, and follow-up, assisting the GM as needed
- Generating receipts and tracking all on-site payments received into Excel spreadsheet, for accounting
Requirements:
- Previous community association administrative assistant experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Available to work all Saturdays, nighttime Board meeting 1x/month, and occasional evenings/weekends hosting community events
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly preferred
- Must present a positive and professional image for the organization
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
- Applicant must be a self-starter, resourceful, takes initiative
- Highly organized and efficiency-minded with excellent time management skills
- Able to multi-task and adjust to constantly changing priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure, and provide excellent references
- Experience being a member of a staff and team player
- Standing, walking, sitting, ability to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work to the assigned location
