We are in search of a dedicated Full-Time Veterinary Associate who prioritizes client service and possesses a keen interest in surgical procedures. Join our esteemed team of veterinary professionals committed to delivering exceptional care and comprehensive services to our clientele.
About Us:
At Irvine Pet Complex, we pride ourselves on offering state-of-the-art veterinary medicine, which includes in-house laboratory services, digital radiography, ultrasound, acupuncture, therapeutic laser treatments, and full-service boarding facilities.
Work Environment:
Our facility operates seven days a week, allowing for flexible scheduling options for our veterinarians. We value the health and well-being of our employees, promoting a balanced work/life dynamic.
Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Patient Care:** Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history taking and physical examinations. Recommend and interpret diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate medical records are maintained.
2. **Client Communication:** Effectively communicate medical findings and treatment plans to pet owners, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with the care provided.
3. **Surgical Procedures:** Perform necessary pre-operative assessments and surgical interventions, adhering to best practices in surgical techniques.
4. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the Hospital Manager and medical staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution, hold a current state veterinary license, and have a minimum of five years of experience in a veterinary practice. A commitment to ongoing education and professional development is essential.
