Overview

At Emory Healthcare, we value our team members as much as the work they do. We're seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the Emory Decatur Respiratory Department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in acute, chronic, and emergency situations.
  • Perform routine ventilatory and artificial airway treatments in critical and general care areas.
  • Assist physicians and perform routine respiratory care activities as necessary.
  • Administer aerosolized medications and other respiratory treatments.
Requirements
  • Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) by the state of Georgia.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association.
