  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy living environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
  • Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their medications as prescribed.
  • Transportation Support: Assist clients with transportation needs as required.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided through the Client Care Record.
