Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders.
  • Process customer payments efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve a range of drinks (including coffee, smoothies, tea, and specialty beverages) and food items (such as sandwiches, bagels, and wraps).
  • Provide insights on menu selections while promoting featured items.
  • Maintain and clean equipment such as espresso machines and blenders.
  • Ensure the café area and workspaces are clean, organized, and sanitary.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills for effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Attention to detail for managing customer preferences and ensuring quality in beverage preparation.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to maintain efficiency.
  • Previous experience in a barista, food service, or similar role is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.
