Amusement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amusement Manager to join our team at Round1. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our arcades and cranes, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience.

• Revenue Growth: Achieve sales goals through the efficient execution of company policies and procedures.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Staff Management: Plan and prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and supervise department employees to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Inventory Management: Monitor store inventory levels, ensure adequate availability of products, and maintain accurate records.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, including purchase, inventory, and sales reports.
• Training and Development: Ensure all store amusement employees are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store and redemption areas present a pleasing image, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers.
• Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment and hiring of qualified applicants to meet store needs.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and counsel employees as needed.

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in retail management, entertainment, or hospitality.
• Experience: 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industries.
• Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, solid communication skills, critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation for diversity.
• Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

• Competitive Salary: $23.00 per hour.
