We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide exceptional primary care services to underserved communities.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive and high-quality primary care services to patients in the office, hospital, or other locations within the community as assigned
- Serve as a consultant to clinical management regarding clinical goals and services
- Manage patient care in collaboration with other clinical staff and members of the care team
- Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of the Medical Department and the organization
- Support culture development and management efforts
- M.D. Degree, or D.O. degree from accredited school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Family Practice
- Current and valid Illinois license as a physician and surgeon
- Current and valid DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
- Eligible for, or maintenance of, hospital privileges at affiliated hospitals
- Bilingual ability may or may not be required based on individual department needs

- Tuition Reimbursement up to $1,500 per year
