Personal Banker

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

• Participate in proactive outreach to build relationships with customers and propose suitable products and services to help them succeed financially.
• Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
• Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively connect with customers' needs.
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build strong relationships.
• Provide customers with options for bank products and services that meet their needs.
• Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as necessary.

• 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
