Job Title: Patient Navigator - Imaging and Hereditary Cancer Testing

At HALO Precision Diagnostics, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and advancing the field of precision-focused healthcare. We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Navigator to join our team in Wellington, FL.

Job Summary:

The Patient Navigator will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting. This full-time opportunity has a Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Genetics education for high-risk patients.
  • Registration and scheduling follow-up appointments for genetic testing.
  • Collection of specimens for genetic testing.
  • Liaison between patient, Radiologist, Pathologist, and Referring Physicians.
  • Insurance verification and authorization.
  • Maintain compassion and professional demeanor with patients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Distribute positive genetic test results to referring physicians.
Qualifications:

1 year of certified medical assistant experience in imaging highly preferred. Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their technical skills through a comprehensive assessment as part of the selection process.
