About the Role
The successful candidate will possess a Doctorate degree in Medicine or Osteopathy from an accredited educational institution or school, as well as medical residency training from an accredited educational institution or school. Board certification in a primary care specialty is also required. Previous experience working as a primary care provider in a clinical setting is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be able to function in a clinical setting with diverse cultural dynamics of clinical staff and patients, and demonstrate the capability to effectively and sensitively respond to the needs and concerns of the full range of STRIDE's diverse patient population. The ability to collaborate with other providers and clinical staff to develop continual quality improvement procedures is also essential.

The estimated salary range for this position is $203,788 - $247,865 per year.
