Family Medicine Physician in South Eastern New Mexico

Physician Empire is an established, multi-specialty medical group seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in South Eastern New Mexico. Our practice offers a collegial work environment with easy access to well-qualified specialists, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while enjoying all the beauty and lifestyle New Mexico has to offer.
Salary: Nationally competitive salary with a guaranteed base annual income of $250,000, plus relocation allowance available.
Job Description: As a Family Medicine Physician with our practice, you will have the opportunity to work in a traditional outpatient role with pediatric call shared equally among the team, offering a great work-life balance. You will enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with 36 hours of scheduled patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week. Additionally, we offer a 4-day work week option for those who prefer it. Our team includes APC and RN support, clinical pharmacists available for remote consults, and medical assistants paired with each provider.
Patient Volume and Support: With an average patient volume of 15-25 patients per day, you will have ample time to focus on each patient's needs. We also provide private office space and utilize the MyChart Patient Portal to enhance patient engagement and communication.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, have experience covering inpatient pediatric call, and possess outstanding patient care qualities, along with being highly motivated and interested in growing your practice. You should also be willing to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment. Furthermore, you must be able to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico and hold certifications such as PALS and NRP.
