Cart and Janitorial Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cart and Janitorial Associate to join our Front-End Service team at Walmart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a great first and last impression, gathering carts from the parking lot, and operating equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.

• Ensure customers have a positive experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Gather carts from the parking lot and transport them to the designated area.
• Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.
• Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the Front-End Service team to achieve common goals.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and carts.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
