Dialysis Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Renal Therapy Team Member. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
About the Job:
As a Renal Therapy Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering dialysis to patients at contracted healthcare systems and becoming an integral part of both the hospital and DaVita teams.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your critical thinking skills to develop unique treatment plans for patients with multiple co-morbidities.
Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for patient advocacy, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
A competitive salary is offered for this role, estimated at $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and access to professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
Responsibilities:
- Deliver dialysis to patients at contracted healthcare systems
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
