Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairstylist to join our team at Sheer Allure Salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality haircuts, colors, and styling services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training
  • Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through effective marketing and promotion of services
Requirements:
  • Current cosmetology license
  • 2+ years of experience in the hair industry
