Job Summary

As a Restaurant Server at Starstruck Farm, you are a key team member responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
  • Present menus, answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
  • Take food and beverage orders with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage table assignments and seating flow to maximize comfort and restaurant efficiency.
  • Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant ambiance.
  • Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation.
  • Serve meals and drinks to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Provide information about specials, restaurant promotions, and events.
  • Process bill payments and handle transactions efficiently.
  • Encourage guests to provide feedback on their experience.
  • Collaborate with other front of house staff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in briefings and team meetings to stay informed about menu changes and restaurant updates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a front of house role in a restaurant or similar setting preferred.
