Reservations Coordinator

Salary: $18.75 per hour

Job Description:

• Coordinate daily room assignments for arriving guests, working closely with the Front Desk staff and management team to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with pre-arrival processes to guarantee special accommodations and considerations are met prior to guest arrival.
• Organize and evaluate incoming group manifests, communicating rooming needs to the Front Operations team.
• Stay knowledgeable about lodge services, daily functions, and activities occurring at the Lodge and in the surrounding area.
• Utilize Property Management Systems to input rooming notes and assignments as needed.
• Support Front Operations duties as required, with training provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with hotel Property Management Systems is essential.
• Experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) is advantageous.
