Job Description:

As a Commercial Truck Driver with US Foods, your primary responsibility will be to deliver food products to various locations throughout the day. This will involve navigating through different routes, managing traffic, and ensuring that you arrive at your destination on time.

You will also be responsible for loading and unloading products from the truck, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle. Additionally, you will need to communicate effectively with customers and other drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid CDL Class A license and have at least six months of commercial driving experience. You should also have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required
  • No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations, no DUI convictions in the past three years, no driver's license suspensions in the past three years.
  • Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months of driving experience in the food and beverage delivery industry required.
