We are currently seeking a skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Salem, OR. Our Treatment Coordinators play a vital role in managing patients through every stage of their care, from diagnosis to treatment acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and preferences
• Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and transparently
• Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Foster strong relationships with patients to deliver exceptional service

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of front office experience in a medical environment
• Proficiency in computer software, including QSI/Denticon systems (a plus)
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs (a plus)

Benefits:
• Competitive hourly pay rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)
