Key Responsibilities- Certifications: Current CA RN license is mandatory; ASPAN certification is preferred.

- Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in clinical, teaching, or leadership roles related to Perianesthesia.
- Skills: Proficiency in supervisory practices and staff development techniques is essential.
- Critical Care Background: Experience in Preoperative and Post Anesthesia Care Units (PACU) is necessary.
This position operates on a 5x8 shift schedule with no weekend requirements, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
